Instructional Software Project
The purpose of this assignment is two-fold:
1) It closely examines the five different types of instructional software that could be used by ELA students (and their teachers); and
2) It has been designed specifically for K & E teachers in our school division.
You will also notice that some of the instructional software examples emphasize the use of the SMART Board, SMART Tech, and SMART Exhange products as well. Every teacher in our division has access to these materials.
Furthermore, actual web links have been included so you can explore the examples more fully if you wish. Any word or phrase that is underlined indicates a link to the software or materials associated with it. Speaker notes are also accessible by clicking on the Google docs "gear button" . These notes explain what the materials are and why they were selected; however, the notes are only available on the slides that highlight instructional software in the K & E classroom.
